A residence in Mexico of stone and concrete walls descending to a reflecting pool, with double-height living spaces open to the garden.
At the entrance, a volcanic stone wall and a broad stair descend toward a reflecting pool that mirrors the concrete walls.
Inside, the timber stair seems to float beside the stone wall. Living and dining rooms share a double-height space that opens fully to the garden; at dusk, the planted terraces extend the house outdoors.
